Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Return' option next to your order to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
